I am Yanina Mendoza. For more than twenty years, I have been building brands that exist far beyond their logos: designing the product infrastructure, the international supply chains, and the creative direction required to make them matter in the global market.
My work has taken me from factory negotiations in China, Indonesia, Mexico, and Morocco, to directing fashion editorials for Cosmopolitan and Vanidades, to building brand architecture across Latin America and the United States. I have taken product lines from first sketch to customs clearance. Most people choose one side of that equation, creative or operational. I have built my career doing both, and that is the only reason I can sit at both tables.
Act I · The beginningIt began at thirteen, with a modeling competition, not because I wanted to be the image, but because I needed to understand how one is built. How a room reads a person before they speak. How presence is engineered. How perception is designed. That curiosity took me behind the camera. The real power was never in being the face. It was in controlling the frame.
Act II · The pivotI went deeper into operations: sourcing, margins, manufacturing timelines, the language most creative people never learn. I built the infrastructure that most creatives outsource and most operators don't understand well enough to direct. It let me walk from a photoshoot into a factory negotiation and know exactly what mattered in each room.
Act III · The returnToday I work with founders and executives building at a level where creative direction and operational strategy are no longer separate departments. I am not here to make brands look beautiful. I am here to make them work: at scale, across markets, across borders.
The principleThe most beautiful brands are not the ones with the most stunning visuals. They are the ones where every decision, from the packaging to the factory that produced it, was made with intention. When both are aligned, a brand doesn't just look right. It works right. And that is what lasts.
A twenty-year trajectory comes down to a single focus:
engineering vision so it operates flawlessly at a global scale.
